DMS advises Regera Sarl on a financing transaction.
DMS advised Regera Sarl (from the Fidera Group) in relation to financing of companies from the capital group of Cavatina and Resi Capital which run property development activity in Wrocław and Katowice. The team leader was Wojciech Barański, while the members of the team included Magdalena Małocha, Karolina Gałwiaczek, Krzysztof Sowiński and Nadia Herbuś.
