Legal Advisor Apprentice / Associate

Dominika is interested in civil and commercial law issues. She advises clients on their business and corporate disputes, especially in the area of capital companies, helping them resolve their day-to-day problems.

She has more than six years of professional experience gained in law firms. She has represented banks before common courts of law in proceedings involving claims under banking contracts. She advised on disputes related to unfair competition in the pharmaceutical sector. She also has experience in serving companies in the FMCG, healthcare, medical transportation, and local government sectors.

She provided pro bono legal advice on civil law at the University Legal Clinic of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

Entered on the list of apprentices at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
