Legal Advisor/ Senior Associate

Karolina advises on investment processes, providing support to companies in their operations, especially in strategic projects. She advises on the necessary legal requirements, identifies risks, drafts and negotiates key documentation.

Her core interests are in business law, antitrust law and capital markets law. She has experience in handling complex commercial disputes and representing, among others, supervised entities in proceedings before administrative authorities – the FSA and the OCCP.

She completed postgraduate studies in Competition Law at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In this area, she effectively conducts procedures for notifying an intention to concentrate, as well as analyzes acts of unfair competition and unfair market practices.

Karolina is always looking to develop and hone her skills. At the moment, she is a student on postgraduate studies in Banking and Finance for Lawyers at the Warsaw School of Economics.

In 2022, she passed the bar exam and was entered on the list of legal advisors at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
