Karolina specializes in the restructuring and bankruptcy law, as well as in civil and criminal procedures.
She has extensive experience in representing clients in recovery procedures of large companies, including from the animal production and construction sectors.

She represents creditors harmed by the conduct of unreliable debtors in the enforcement of claims (known as actio Pauliana) and acts on behalf of clients in cases concerning the enforcement of claims arising from financial instruments.

She also specializes in procedures concerning the protection of copyrights, property law and family law.

Moreover, she has conducted various legal due diligence investigations into companies, as well as transactions related to financial risk and the property market.

Karolina represents clients in common courts of law of all instances, the Supreme Court and administrative courts.

Before joining DeBenedetti Majewski Szcześniak in 2013, she cooperated with other law firms.

An advocate since 2017, entered on the list of advocates at the Warsaw Bar Association.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.
