Advocate, Senior Associate

Marta Preiss’s expertise is in criminal litigation, in particular in the protection of trade and commerce. In addition, she acts in civil and commercial lawsuits.

Marta has represented clients in various controversial matters raising public concern, including those involving banks, insurance companies and individuals holding positions on the corporate bodies of the largest commercial companies in Poland.

She acts before courts of all instances, the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.

She has many years’ experience gained in as an advocate in law firms, and since 2008 she has been cooperating with DeBenedetti Majewski Szcześniak.

Marta qualified as a judge in 2001, and has worked as an advocate since 2003.

She is an honors graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University and of the British Law Centre organized by Warsaw University in cooperation with the Centre for European Legal Studies at the Faculty of Law of Cambridge University.
