Legal Advisor Apprentice / Associate

Michał deals with civil, business and commercial law issues. In addition, he is interested in capital markets, intellectual property law and sports law, especially football law. At DMS, he participates in projects concerning M&A transactions, corporate services and investment financing, as well as works closely with the corporate litigation team.

He gained his first professional experience during an internship in the legal department of TS Wisła Kraków S.A., where he dealt with the company’s day-to-day legal services, as well as sports issues. He also completed a one-year internship at the Jagiellonian University Student Legal Clinic, where he advised in the Civil Law Section. 

During his studies, he was active in academic circles, including the TBSP Sports Law Academic Circle at Jagiellonian University, of which he was chairman in the 2022/2023 academic year.

He is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, a graduate of the Spanish Law School and a participant in the Erasmus program, under which he completed one semester of law and economics at the Universidad de Sevilla.

Registered on the list of apprentices at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
