Anna deals with corporate, competition and white-collar crime matters. She is also involved in due diligence investigations, predominantly those that are related to M&A transactions.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, a participant of the Private Law Academy at the Jagiellonian University.
She gained her first professional experience while at university in the Law Clinic of the Jagiellonian University. Later she worked in Polish and international law firms, where she specialized in competition and consumer protection issues.
She is an apprentice advocate entered on the list maintained by the Warsaw Bar Association.
