Justyna specializes in civil and commercial law, IP law and counteracting unfair competition. She represents clients in court proceedings and offers ongoing advisory services to Polish and international undertakings from such sectors as: beauty, clothing, toys, FMCG and construction in the scope of copyrights and counteracting unfair competition.

She has experience in drafting legal opinions, revising drafts of civil and commercial law agreements, negotiating the terms and conditions of court and out-of-court settlements between undertakings.

She represents Polish and international undertakings in disputes concerning a breach of copyrights, the protection of trademarks and procedures concerning the combating of unfair competition.

Justyna supervises court and administrative disputes concerning the protection of trademarks and all issues related to internet domains in front of the Arbitration Court at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva and the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications in Warsaw.

Recommended by Legal 500 in the area of IP in 2021, 2022 and 2023, she also received a TRADE MARK STAR 2022 (Poland) and IP STAR according to Managing IP awards.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. An advocate and legal advisor since 2012.
