Magdalena Małocha specializes in providing services in corporate and commercial law. She represents corporate clients as well as financial and insurance companies in a number of transactions, including share and asset acquisitions, leasing and restructuring procedures. She provides legal support to various clients, mainly from financial, real estates, commercial, automotive and tourist sector. She offers ongoing support to business entities, helps them solve their problems, in particular those related to corporate governance issues.
Magdalena also advises artists, NGOs and cultural institutions on IP rights.

Before joining DeBenedetti Majewski Szcześniak in 2006, she worked in a legal agency in New York.
