Piotr specializes in civil and arbitration proceedings. He represents clients in corporate disputes involving public and non-public companies.

He represents clients in proceedings concerning liability for stock exchange damage, banks’ liability for their employees and resolutions of companies’ bodies, among many others.

As a restructuring advisor, he combines his litigation practice with bankruptcy and restructuring advice. He represents creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring proceedings of public companies, bond issuers and developers.

Piotr has experience in energy law, which covers offering advisory services to sellers, distributors and energy generators, whom he represents in disputes concerning grid connection agreements, tariff proceedings, negotiations of the general T&C of sale agreements and other issues.
