He has extensive experience in providing advisory services to banks. In the law firm, Wojciech Barański is responsible for numerous transactions concerning syndicated loans, loan syndication, investments in distressed assets, issues of bonds and M&A.
From 2000 to 2005, Wojciech Barański acted as attorney-at-law in the Legal Department of the Headquarters of BGŻ S.A. Between 2004 and 2007, he also acted as the president and subsequently the liquidator in a capital fund.
Wojciech Barański has conducted a series of workshops for the employees of commercial banks on the topic of securing loans, and has given foreign currency law training sessions for banks, the Ministry of Finance and other public administrative bodies.
